蒋建利教授

蒋建利教授,第四军医大学细胞工程研究中心副主任,兼任陕西省细胞生物学会副理事长,中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志委员会委员,中国药学会生物药品与质量研究专业委员会委员。主要从事肿瘤细胞生物学基础和应用基础研究。克隆和鉴定了肝癌转移相关因子HAb18G/CD147分子,深入阐述了HAb18G/CD147参与肿瘤发生发展的信号网络调控机制。长期从事抗体和细胞工程技术的基础和应用研究,参与研制出具有我国自主知识产权的“碘[131I]美妥昔单抗注射液”,于2005年获得国家一类新药证书,2007年成功上市。主持研发新型抗肺癌人源化ADCC效应增强单抗cHAb18注射液——“美妥珠单抗注射液”,已经完成临床前研究,并申报国家生物制品一类新药I期临床研究。先后承担国家“863”计划、国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项课题等9项;共发表学术论文61篇(SCI收录论文34篇),其中在Hepatology, J Biol Chem, Cell Death Diff, Cell Mol Life Sci, Mol Cancer Res等国际专业杂志以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文19篇;副主编《工程细胞生物学》,参编《细胞工程》、《重组抗体》和《肿瘤标志学基础与临床》等著作9部;研究成果获国家科技进步二等奖1项,中国抗癌协会科技奖一等奖1项,教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)技术发明奖一等奖1项,获得国家发明专利1项,获陕西省青年科技奖,陕西省优秀博士论文,总后勤部军队院校育才奖银奖。
